UNCSA School of Music Graduate Recommendation Form

As a part of the application, UNCSA require applicants to submit contact information for two references*. 

References will be sent a recommendation form and have the ability to upload an additional letter. 

UNCSA requires contact information for the following:

• * One letter from an arts instructor

• 
  
• * One letter from an academic instructor

• 
  

If you are not currently enrolled in school, a letter may come from an employer, mentor, instructor, director, etc.

*Graduate voice applicants will need to submit a total of three references, per the listed Fletcher Opera Application Requirements.
