Voice Audition Information

Voice (BM)

l  Please sing, from memory, two solos of contrasting styles, at least one of which should demonstrate classical vocal production. 

l  One song must be sung in English; the other can be sung in a foreign language or English. 

l  A musical skills test that includes pitch-matching, sight-singing, and rhythmic exercises will follow the audition (for on-campus and regional auditions only). 

l  An accompanist will be provided if you are auditioning on campus; students auditioning at a regional site must provide their own accompanists.
