Percussion (BM)

Snare Drum

l  Two etudes from Advanced Snare Drum Studies by Mitchell Peters or similar (concert style)

l  Sight-reading

Keyboard

l  One two-mallet solo/etude from Modern School for the Xylophone by Morris Goldenberg or similar

l  One intermediate to advanced level four-mallet solo/etude

l  Sight-reading

Timpani

l  One etude from Fundamental Solos for Timpani by Mitchell Peters or similar

Drum set (not required but if applicable)

l  Demonstrate knowledge of the following styles:  Jazz, Latin, and Rock
