Dear Kathleen:
It is a pleasure to inform you that your prescreening audition has been reviewed favorably, and you have been invited to attend the final round of live auditions! Your audition time, date and audition location is listed below but feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding this e-mail.
You are required to check in when you arrive for your audition. Also listed below is the location where you will check-in and receive your welcome materials.
DATE & TIME: Friday, February 7, 11:45am
LOCATION/ROOM: Lutkin Hall
CHECK-IN LOCATION: Music Administration Building 2nd Floor
If you cannot attend your live audition, please inform us immediately. You will have the option to use your prescreening recording or submit a new recording to act as your final audition.
Arriving on Campus
Arrive on campus early enough to check in, warm up and locate your audition space. You should plan to arrive at your designated audition location 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Practice rooms will be available for your warm up located on the 1st floor of Regenstein Hall, on the 3rd floor of the Music Administration Building (MAB) and in the Music Practice building. What Should I Bring?
You are required to bring a completed musical background form with you to your audition. Download this form by clicking here. You should consider attaching a resume to this form to bring to your audition.
DON'T FORGET TO CHECK-IN PRIOR TO YOUR AUDITION.
