l  One movement (or about five minutes) of a major concerto

The concerto and Bach suite should be played from memory, if possible.

l  Two contrasting movements of a standard double bass concerto or comparable works from the standard double bass solo repertoire

l  Three orchestral excerpts from the standard orchestral repertoire*

l  Two movements of a solo Bach Suite in any key*

*For example, Beethoven Fifth Symphony (3rd movement - Minuet and Trio) and Bach dance movements with 2 minuets or bourees count as one movement.
