Voice Audition Information

VOICE

2020 Rochester Audition Dates: January 31st, February 7th, 14th, and February 21st 

Pre-screening Requirement: 

l  By December 1, all applicants in voice must upload a preliminary audition video recording within the online application.

l  The guidelines given below apply to pre-screening recordings and to those invited for a live audition – material submitted as part of the pre-screening process may be performed at a live audition.

MM and DMA audition requirements:  

l  Four pieces–including at least one operatic aria–in at least three different languages, one of which may be English

l  Non-native speakers of English must perform one piece in English
