Live Interview and Writing Sample FRIDAY AFTERNOON:

If you are invited for an on-campus audition, plan to be in Bloomington by noon on the Friday before your Saturday audition. Remember that you need to allow 2 hours to get from the airport to campus if you are flying in.

On Friday, you will be scheduled for a 30-minute exercise designed to assess how you express yourself in writing. This will begin at 2 pm (or earlier if there are many candidates). After this, each doctoral applicant will have a 20-minute interview with a panel from the voice faculty.

Please bring 3 copies of your repertoire list to this interview. List all the repertoire you have performed: Opera roles, opera scenes, songs, vocal chamber music, oratoria solos, and musical theater roles.
